Autofac is an AI-powered business operations platform that connects your accounting, email, and calendar into a unified intelligent operations layer. By accessing or using the Autofac platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

By authorizing these connections, you grant Autofac permission to access and interact with your third-party accounts on your behalf as your authorized agent. You may revoke access to any integration at any time through your account settings or through the third-party provider directly. Autofac is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Autofac and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you submit to or create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Autofac a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autofac and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Autofac in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Autofac does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
